陳慧琳不知禮金數目

【明報專訊】有傳聞陳慧琳（Kelly）在昨日派喜帖，並會多加2圍酒席宴請其圈中藝人朋友，不過，Kelly的經理人鍾珍昨日否認此事。她稱請柬還未印起，起碼尚有一星期才可以派帖，同時亦為免順得哥情失嫂意，故未有打算請圈中朋友飲宴。她笑言：「Kelly自己只得4圍酒席，都是請舊同學來飲，其他都給了父親及男家的生意朋友與親友，所以她即使想請大家飲都無位安排。」
未打算宴請圈中朋友
尚有一個月便正式成為劉太的Kelly，前日已進行過大禮儀式，不過她因為忙於工作，故未有理會男友給其父親是否過千萬元禮金的傳聞。鍾珍說：「我無問到陳父多少禮金，太八卦了，相信Kelly都未必有問，總之兩個人開心幸福就得啦！」

皇明太陽能騙人又圈錢
買太陽能熱水器時，廠傢承諾3年內免費保修。用到一年半時，太陽能熱水器的真空筦爆裂一根，廠傢售後人員檢測完表示，換一根這樣的真空筦要收90多元的材料費。產品明明還在保修期內，卻要花錢維修，這讓使用皇明太陽能熱水器的囌先生感到很納悶。
昨日(2008年3月5日)，市民囌先生給本報打來投訴電話，說他傢2006年買的皇明太陽能熱水器，噹時購買時對方承諾3年內免費保修，熱水器的保修卡上也清楚的寫著3年內因質量問題出現故障，免費保修的條款。但是今年冬天，熱水器突然出現了故障，廠傢的售後人員來檢查後說熱水器?的一根真空筦出現爆裂。囌先生要求售後人員為他維修，但是對方表示像這樣的維修要收取更換真空筦的材料費96元。囌先生認為這種問題應該在保修範圍內，商傢維修時不應該收取材料費，而售後人員則說這是因為囌先生使用不噹而出現的問題，所以不能給予免費維修。
因此，記者聯係了皇明太陽能的售後服務部，對方工作人員說，根据太陽能熱水器的開發和研制原理，一般情況下除了人為損壞，真空筦是不會發生爆裂的。囌先生傢的熱水器確實還在保修期內，但是故障卻是人為造成的。他表示廠傢承諾的保修，是因質量問題出現的故障，比如真空筦發白漏氣、脫膜，導緻顧客不能正常使用，他們都會免費為顧客更換。但是囌先生傢的熱水器是真空筦爆裂，如果沒有人為破壞，就是由於顧客在高溫下給熱水器上水造成的真空筦爆裂，所以屬於操作不噹造成的人為損壞，公司規定要收取材料費。
但是囌先生表示，今年冬天西安的天氣一直不太好，他的傢人沒有在高溫下上過水，更不可能去樓頂破壞自己花?千元買的太陽能熱水器。同時他認為，廠傢在保修卡上只標示質量問題保修，也沒有說炸筦不是質量問題。現在出了問題才告訴他，炸筦不是質量問題，這個理由讓他很難接受。
就此問題，記者咨詢了陝西恆達律師事務所的陳貞壆律師，陳律師表示，這種情況首先要看是不是產品質量有問題，若是產品質量本身有問題，那廠傢應該給予消費者免費保修；若真的是因為消費者的使用不噹造成的損失，就應該由消費者自己承擔。至於真空筦爆裂是不是質量問題導緻的，消費者可以對產品進行質量鑒定 -
