Sorry Bandaiders, time to cross November 17 out of your calenders. Avril revealed on ABC TV show The View that her new album won't be coming out until early 2010. While November 17 was never confirmed by Avril, many media outlets picked up that date. Let's not fuss or feel bad though, we know she would NEVER disappoint and the fourth album sounds like it will be awesome. Another plus side is now we know about the time her new album will actually come out!
