品質評審服務：
A. Excellent Condition – We only deal with values for Excellent Condition instruments. Excellent Condition suggests a beautifully cared for instrument that is pleasingly clean and contains no significant wear, no blemishes, no repair or no damage.
優質條件 – 我們祇處理有優質條件價值的樂器。優質條件包括樂器被小心護理與清潔，並沒有重要的磨損、瑕疪或傷疤、及沒有曾被修理和毀壞。
B. All-Original Condition - We only deal with values for All-Original Condition instruments. An All-Original Condition instrument has all the parts and finish it had when it left the factory. It also comes with all original case, certificate and necessities.
全原版條件 – 我們祇處理有全原版條件價值的樂器。全原版條件即樂器本身及所有配件；包括漆、盒、證書等都要原裝出廠時一樣。

2. Value Evaluation Services:
價值評審服務：
A. Based on Excellent Condition and All-Original Condition, we divide an instrument into 5 grades: A, B, C, D, & E, with A is the best quality that near the condition of a brand new instrument.
根據優質條件和全原版條件，我們會把樂器分成A、B、C、D和E五等級，以A級為最優質 ~ 最接近全新樂器。
B. Based on selling price, we divide an instrument into 5 grades: A, B, C, D, & E, with A is the best buy.
根據賣價，我們把樂器分成A、B、C、D和E五等級，以A級為最抵買。
3. Information On Web:

網上資料：
A. Photos, brand name, model, specs, price & grading information are provided on Web.
我們提供相片、品牌、型號、規格說明、賣價及級別等資料，會在網上詳細列明，以供參考。

Charge:
收費：
1. 10% of selling price is charged for the buyer for each transaction.
收取買家10%成交價作服務費。
2. 10% of selling price is charged for the seller for each transaction.
收取賣家10%成交價作服務費。
