試下刪除steam資料夾入面的AppUpdateStats.blob同埋ClientRegistry.blob

備份steamapps資料夾，之後刪除Steam再裝過，裝完先建立好遊戲的快取檔案，建立完將舊概steamapps資料夾換上去
