You are over reacting and ignoring the fact that alot of the people that posted and will post have a fair knowledge of english (which is awesome for communication), but they will have problems translating some words and phrases leading to misunderstanding. You shouldn't rush into conclusions like that =)

Also, about the Sat-Sun disconnection occurs for one reason, gamania sets HK-IPs on high priority during those 2 days at the hours they have the biggest amount of players online, thats why people from the outside of HK will have the same problem: A black screen that appears after character selection, since the server is not picking your ip and not establishing a connection, making us all into an eternal waiting... or disconnection error. -
