《超次元遊戲海王星Re;Birth1》的PS3和PS Vita在發售後都受到不少玩家的熱捧，於是乎製作商Compile Heart就順手把遊戲移植到了PC平台。而在不久前他們就公佈了這款遊戲PC版的發售日期：1月28日。一同被公佈的還有相關配置信息。
從28日開始，玩家就能在Steam上買到這款遊戲，此外還能以0.99美金的價格買到一款相關DLC,用了DLC後可以使主要角色增加至300級，獲得新的Plan選項，任務和Coliseum battles。
與PS3版本相比，PC版本的《超次元遊戲海王星Re;Birth1》在畫面上要更為優秀，同時也絕對算不上一款吃硬件的作品。
