Hi. Nostale SE.

First, I would like to thank everyone who loved Nostale SE.

We have been maintaining our service for a long time, so we would like to share with you the news of Nostale SE's service shutdown.
As you may have guessed from the recent situation, we decided to end the service because it was determined that it was difficult for our members to provide satisfactory service anymore.
I am very sorry to inform you of this sudden news.

Service end schedule and refund acceptance guide are as follows.


Service shutdown schedule guide

After Nov. 26 announcement: Removing North Coin charging function at North Mall and Web
December 27 11:00 check: North Mall closed
January 28, 2019 11:00: Service closed and homepage closed


Refund Reception

Application period: From November 26 to December 26, 2018
Note: Refunds are not accepted after the application period.

Deposit refund date: January 15

Refund received Mail: manager@entwell.com

Refundable for: Refund of unused North Coin after discontinuation of North Mall service on December 27
Note: Bonus coins are not eligible for a refund.

How to apply for a refund
Please submit a refund request email to manager@entwell.com in accordance with the form below.

Refund application form and documents to submit
1. Connection ID
2. Contactable mobile phone number
3. Attach a photocopy of your ID card (after showing the resident registration number for identification)
4. Account information (bank name, account holder, account number) to be refunded ※ Account of the same name as applicant.

Non-refundable
1. If the refund amount is less than $ 1.00
2. Used North Coin
3. Bonus North Coin
4. In-game items and goods, not North Coin

問過GM,我地講開既原廠其實係有開發部同營運部
今次韓版汁粒只係營運部講88
仲有開發部
加上仲有其他國家版本(唔止hk),所以開發部繼續營運都好合理
所以今次只係韓版係咁先,對其他版本0影響
唔知係咪圓場說法啦下,聽落都合理:thup:

Entwell唔營運自己既Nostale Special Edition
唔係成間公司執笠/停止開發Nostale
而且GameForge(歐洲服個邊既代理)
佢地有解釋Entwell以後只係集中番整原版本Nostale(原版本應該可以理解為包括HK)
開發仍然會持續更新Nostale 唔會無新野出
